PM Modi Met with Sheik Hasina and New Significant Pacts Were Made 

On the arrival of Bangladesh Prime Minister Bangladesh, PM Modi reached to welcome her at the airport.

India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina held bilateral talks and during it, they inked 22 pacts in various key sectors. The facts include a civil nuclear agreement and two memorandums of understanding on defense cooperation.

The best part of the meeting of the Prime ministers is that India has extended a credit line of $4.5 billion for implementing projects in Bangladesh. At Hyderabad House, PM Modi announced this big deal with Bangladesh.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also announced a $500 million credit line for the eastern nation’s military budget. PM Modi ensured that India has always stood for Bangladesh’s prosperity as a trusted partner of Bangladesh.

PM Modi proposed to her to build cooperation in new areas with Bangladesh in technology sectors including the fields of electronics, IT, cybersecurity, space explorations, and civil nuclear energy.

The Prime Minister said that both sides are agreed that peace and security will remain between the two neighbors.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina made a firm resolution that her government will deal with a ‘zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism.

The two prime ministers jointly inaugurated the new bus service between Kolkata and Dhaka through Khulna in Bangladesh.
